USMC vs. Special Forces

So I used to be a Marine wife and I learned all the terms and practically lived, breathed, and ate marine corps just as he did before PTSD, alcohol, and abuse ruined our marraige. However, now I am about to marry the man of my dreams who is the senior medic in the Special Forces. He is absolutly everything I could have ever wanted and more. Learning the new army terms is so hard though when you are so used to being Marine Corps. It’s like a different language. Everytime I get around his boys I mess up and use a term that the USMC would use and I first get a funny look and then it turns into a reeming my ass for talking about the Marine Corps. Ugh military life how I love you so, but how you frustrate me so bad.
